The location is superb. It's just 200 meters from a subway station on line 7, and a quick 3-minute walk gets you to a franprix supermarket. there's even a boulanger nearby.. i was happy our room included a large window i could open. It overlooked the street. the staff was very kind. They let us check in early and also leave our luggage after checking out.
I found the stay very expensive. facilities were quite basic. I would rate them as 1 star. there was no iron or coffee machine in the room.. the bathroom door was frosted glass, which wasn't ideal, as you could see when someone was using it. some lamps were broken, and the towels weren't changed.

I found the location quite convenient. It was close to transport options. The room was also clean. I appreciated that. The breakfast offered a good variety. I enjoyed that the staff was friendly.
My room was smaller than the photos had shown. I was a bit disappointed. I also noticed some stains on the wall. I didn't like that. There wasn't an iron in the room. The shower was not great either.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
small bathroomlight intrusion
The bathroom was quite small. Its sliding door lacked a lock. Large gaps existed, offering little privacy. I found that a significant gap under the main door allowed light into the room, disturbing my sleep. The fridge was not working.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms!

The hotel is a short walk from the Gare du Nord train station. It also is close to many bars and shops. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean. The room was quiet, which I appreciated.
I could not open the window fully. the air conditioning was not very strong.
